what you need to do is set up a formula, do it mathematically . automate it - its like a black box , its something in front people dont understand , it absolves you of responsibility. for example - every n word in federated you check the instance of origin - & if its like 10 in a day you silence them - plug in a whole bunch of phrases & make redundancies &
