Job talk: If the job search continues to go nowhere for me, should I just start lying on my resume and say something like I got 4 years experience in a full-time entry level position at my university
Like, I feel like in order to stand out to these HR people you gotta have a crazy impressive resume and experience and play dirty to get a seat at the table.
While I'm at it, should I just paste in keywords into my resume, but make it the same color as the paper so only the AI can read it?
